How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping time varies between 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to non-metropolitan areas may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Does Rojh offer free shipping?

Yes, we currently offer free shipping for all domestic orders within India. This policy may change in the future.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship orders within India.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@rojh.in with your name and order number. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Can I pick up my order in-store or from your warehouse?

No, we do not offer in-store or warehouse pickups. All orders are shipped directly to your delivery address.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@rojh.in. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Can I get a refund if I return an item?

Since all sales are final, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. In exceptional cases, we will notify you once your return is inspected and approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What should I do if I don’t receive my refund after 15 business days?

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@rojh.in for further assistance.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order has been processed, modifications or cancellations are not possible. If you need assistance, please contact us at support@rojh.in as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
