Shipping Policy
If you've reached this page you must have questions about when your order is likely to reach you. Let us break it down for you:
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times provided at the checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to high volume at peak times, during a launch, special sales and holidays, as well as unforeseen Covid-19 disruptions, there may be delays in the postal service which are outside of our control. We attempt to notify every customer preemptively if there is a significant delay.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer a free shipping for all domestic shipments to customers in India. This may change in the future.
The minimum delivery time is 3 business days, and maximum delivery time is 10 business days. Please note that if your delivery address is not in a metropolitan city it may take an extra 1-2 business days more for your order to arrive. In the possible case there is a monsoon, we may incur further delays. Send us a message at support@rojh.in if you need help with receiving your order.
We do not offer in-store or at warehouse pickup to customers. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. We may contact you via text message with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your order's arrival.
We currently do not offer international shipping outside India.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from the delivery agent.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@rojh.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
